The hotel's contemporary style and decoration were lovely, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people, with clear pathways and well-lit hallways. It was wonderful to see the effort put into making sure everyone could move around comfortably.
I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or a designated area for relaxing and socializing.

The hotel's location, nestled in the mountains and accessible only via the Super-Chatel Gondola lift, provided a unique and enchanting experience. We loved being surrounded by the picturesque chalet-style hotel and the stunning views of the snow-covered peaks. During the day, we enjoyed easy access to the ski lift, allowing us to hit the slopes with ease. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional food and service at the hotel. We've been skiing for over 20 years, and the meals at L'Escale were by far the best we've ever had. The taste and quality of the dishes were extraordinary, and the generous portions satisfied even our hungry little ones. We would wholeheartedly recommend L'Escale to families looking for a memorable ski getaway.
For dads, it would be great to have additional family-friendly amenities at the hotel. We would suggest the addition of a dedicated play area for children, providing entertainment beyond the ski activities.

I absolutely loved the hotel's contemporary style and decor. The general areas were beautifully designed and had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation throughout the premises and no stairs to climb. It made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there.

A Memorable Stay: During my time at this traditional chalet-style hotel, I had an unforgettable experience. One evening, after a full day of skiing, I was thrilled to find out that the bar/lounge had a lively atmosphere, resembling a vibrant nightclub. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a few drinks, and dance the night away.
Water Pressure: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the water pressure in the shower on the top floor. It could have been better.
